Orchard Themes has no account, advertising, behavioural analytics or tracking. 80EZ Studio does not collect, store, transmit, sell or share personal data from the app.
Information we collect
Orchard Themes does not collect personal data.
- No user account, name, email address or contact list
- No advertising identifiers, cross-app tracking or behavioural profiles
- No developer analytics or third-party data-collection SDKs
- No developer-operated server or cloud upload
Photos access
When you choose to save a theme, the app asks iOS for add-only access so it can place the included wallpapers and optional shortcut images in your Photos library. The app does not read, analyse or upload your existing photos.
Local preferences and widgets
Your selected theme and widget preference are stored locally in the app’s private shared container so the app and widget can stay coordinated. 80EZ Studio cannot access this information.
Purchases
Permanent in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Orchard Themes checks Apple-provided purchase entitlements on your device to unlock themes and restore purchases. 80EZ Studio does not receive your full payment details and does not operate a purchase-history server.
Links and system apps
If you choose to open Photos or Shortcuts from the setup guide, iOS opens that system app. Your activity there is governed by your device settings and Apple’s applicable privacy terms.
Changes and contact
If a future version changes how information is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before release.
